Position Overview The VP of Global Operations is a senior level executive tasked with overseeing the Operation and Corporate Engineering functions of Kemin. The VP of Global Operations reports directly to the chief executive officer (CEO) and is a member of Kemin’s “Core Team.” The principle duty of the VP of Global Operations is to ensure the production of Kemin products of the highest quality at the lowest possible cost in a safe working environment.  Collectively, Kemin has a staff of more than 1,000 operations employees spread throughout 17 manufacturing locations worldwide. As other Core Team members, the Global VP of Operations should possess advanced business knowledge and extensive business experience to stay abreast of the changing environment within Kemin's marketplaces.
