This role provides guidance to maintenance technicians, oversees daily activities, and leads complex maintenance projects while troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime. The position also manages preventative maintenance programs, maintenance reporting, inventory, and costs, while ensuring compliance with safety standards, GMPs, and operating procedures.
