Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health - North America, is looking for a Ruminant/Dairy Technical Services Manager. This position will report to the Ruminant Team Leader of Technical Services, Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health - North America.
The Technical Services Manager – Ruminant/Dairy is responsible for providing technical sales support to current and potential customers to demonstrate Kemin product effectiveness and establish long-term relationships with customers. Kemin is currently hiring for a Campus Facilities Manager to oversee our Des Moines, Iowa campus. This position will be responsible for overseeing snow removal and lawn maintenance, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, HVAC, carpentry, general repair services, and planning and scheduling functions. Additionally, this role will have oversight of several ongoing facility related vendor services including janitorial, window washing, maintenance, and service contracts.
This position will also manage the direction of several key areas of Kemin’s facilities organization and collaborate with the team to provide broader oversight of the department budget, staff development, and employee engagement. Join the Kemin team as a Data Architect! This full-time position will work within our global team to monitor and maintain a portion of our global business intelligence (BI) platform. The primary responsibility will be supporting one or more of our BI applications, which could potentially include Power BI, SSASSRS, our data warehouse, any of our SQL servers,both on premises and on-cloud, or Power Query through Excel. In this role, you will be expected to take ownership of one or more of these systems from a Tier 3 perspective, and assist with tracking issues, coordinating training, updating documentation, assisting the development team in coordination of new features and bug fixing(if applicable), and communicating with business on status of open items. The focus of the role is providing oversight to the Mexico facilities and warehouse team. Responsible for leading, developing, and coaching team members. The Operations & Warehouse Manager will report to the Senior Sales Operations Manager and will be in constant communication with leadership team to ensure proper operations of the organization.
This position is on site and will be located at our Zapopan facilities.

Kemin is seeking a talented and dedicated Market Operations Analyst! This is a tactical role which supports the company’s strategic goals by proactively working on a variety of market research/analyst initiatives, performing benchmarking and business, market, and economic analysis. This role is responsible for leading product and business development projects, spearheading ideation meetings and creating and managing a new business pipeline.
