Kemin Animal Nutrition & Health is seeking a Senior Technical Services Manager to join their Broiler team!   In this role, this person will be responsible for providing technical support for the full commercialization of new technologies and products. Analysis required by this position is to evaluate industry trends and fully analyze Kemin’s business position then developing business strategies that position Kemin favorably in these markets.   Special project assignment for this position will typically be related to the technical areas of product launches. Kemin is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Manager to support of Food Technologies North America business!  In this position, you will prepare and review account reconciliations, accruals, and financial statements for reasonableness and compliance with GAAP.  This position will also analyze and prepare reports as required.     The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of accounting principles, company, state, and federal regulations, policies and procedures as they relate to financial statements.  An ideal candidate must also be able to quickly and accurately analyze an account or situation to ensure the safeguard of Kemin's assets and returns to Kemin's shareholders.    This position will be located at our Des Moines Headquarters. The hours are Part-Time, approximately 10-20 hours/week, working full time hours during month end. In this role, you will provide research and development support for fermentation product development projects. Kemin’s Specialty Crops program develops unique botanical sources of novel functional molecules for business unit product development. The Greenhouse Assistant will play an important role in supporting weekend and holiday greenhouse operations mainly watering specialty crops as part of Kemin Industries’ Specialty Crop Improvement (SCI) Unit. Kemin Industries is seeking a high-potential student with a background in applied chemistry or chemical engineering interested in a summer internship with our Discovery Research department!  As an intern, you will be trained under the Feed Technology team to develop breakthrough technology and new molecules to serve Feed Industries globally. Join the Kemin team as a Laboratory Support technician!  In this flexible, part-time entry level position, you'll enjoy the opportunity to get hands on experience within a functional lab.   The primary function of this position is to provide daily support to the Kemin Research and Development Department through a variety of laboratory activities. This includes cleaning of glassware, performing equipment calibration checks, and regular equipment maintenance. Work in the lab will be done under direct supervision.    This is a part-time position, offering flexible hours (minimum 6 hours per week, maximum 10 hours per week). The Summer Field Technician will perform all field activities related to the growing and evaluating breeding lines under field growing conditions. The Business Project Manager will be responsible for global projects and activities that support and drive the growth of Kemin’s global products and strategic initiatives, with a specific focus on the business projects related to Specialty Crop Improvement (SCI) programs and three Global Strategic Portfolios (GSP).   This role will work in close collaboration with SCI, GSP, Worldwide Marketing and BU leadership teams to drive strategic projects and activities across Kemin. Position Overview The VP of Global Operations is a senior level executive tasked with overseeing the Operation and Corporate Engineering functions of Kemin. The VP of Global Operations reports directly to the chief executive officer (CEO) and is a member of Kemin’s “Core Team.” The principle duty of the VP of Global Operations is to ensure the production of Kemin products of the highest quality at the lowest possible cost in a safe working environment.  Collectively, Kemin has a staff of more than 1,000 operations employees spread throughout 17 manufacturing locations worldwide. As other Core Team members, the Global VP of Operations should possess advanced business knowledge and extensive business experience to stay abreast of the changing environment within Kemin's marketplaces. The most important requirements for the VP of Global Operations position are leadership skills, business acumen, and operational expertise.   The VP of Global Operations also has the ultimate responsibility to deliver the Big 5 numbers (People Transformed, Sales, Gross Margin, Net Income and Free Cash Flow) of Kemin Industries along with other KI Core Team members.
