The Cropping and Equipment Specialist will set up, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, modify, and operate equipment to conduct field tests and regular field operations of agricultural implements and components. They will also identify and implement techniques for precision planting and cultivation of specialty crops with a focus to reduce manual labor as part of the cropping system development process. This position operates equipment to produce Kemin Nutrisurance products while meeting performance and quality standards. Duties include preparing ingredients, blending materials, running manufacturing equipment, packaging products, and handling shipping and receiving. Employees must follow procedures carefully to ensure product quality and workplace safety. Located at the Des Moines Campus, hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:15PM.
