Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health EMENA is searching for a Business Controller. As Business controller you will be part of the EMENA FP&A Team. You  will be responsible to monitor, analyze and optimize multiple business data and processes throughout the entire organization.

The Business Controller will work closely with other departments especially Operations, Sales and Marketing and will act as a business partner. Your insights and recommendations will be key to improve the efficiency and accuracy of existing reporting systems and to ensure profitable and long-term business growth. Your responsibilities are:

  • Analyzing and reducing monthly operation variances
  • Monitor sales, margin and Opex performance and formulate recommendations to accelerate profitable business growth
  • Standard and budget costing calculation and analysis
  • Ad-Hoc financial analysis
  • Monthly sales and margin reporting
  • Monthly financial and management reporting
  • Deliver and perform the month end closing procedure
  • Perform internal control procedures in line with company policies
  • Responsibility over annual budget preparations and monthly forecasts for several BU’s




  • Bachelor / master’s degree in an economic related field eg.  Finance, accounting, Business Administration…  
  • 3-6 years of experience in a similar role  
  • Analytical thinker  
  • Thinking in solutions instead of problems  
  • Agile and ability to work in a corporate structure
  • Precise, well organized and punctual worker 
  • Teamplayer  
  • Hands-on mentality and result oriented person 
  • Eager to learn  and to grow  
  • Strong knowledge Office 365 
  • Very good oral and written knowledge of the English language 
  • Good communication skills
