Responsibilities

1. Achieved sales targets and core product sales targets set by the company;

2. Responsible for the development of sales projects for designated customers and markets in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region;

3. Responsible for the planning and implementation of relevant product promotion activities in the market;

4. Collect information about competitors in the regional market and other relevant market information;

5. Carried out the strategy implementation plan required by the regional manager;

6. Develop new markets and ensure that sales in the region grow year by year at a rate higher than market growth.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, animal nutrition or related;

2. At least 3 years related work experience, additive sales experience is preferred;

3. Integrity, honesty, initiative and diligence, team work spirit;

4. Mental quality and physical strength to work under great pressure;

5. Good communication and negotiation skills.
