Business Development Manager

Under the leadership of KAS General Manager: promote the creation and follow-up of MILLSMART projects, cooperate with sales staff to make project plans, promote project development and complete various sales tasks of MILLSMART;
And cooperate with engineering service team to complete the equipment installation, dismantling and switching, to ensure that the equipment utilization index is achieved

1. Promote sales staff to create sales projects, follow up sales projects, and complete MillSmart product sales project progress report;
2. Under the guidance of KAS General Manager, work together with sales staff and marketing manager to formulate the action plan and schedule of sales project implementation, and cooperate with the implementation and supervise the implementation;
3.Provide application equipment support and service to sales and technology;
4. Work with engineering team to complete equipment installation and maintenance
5. Other tasks assigned by superior supervisor

1. Able to push the business team to create sales projects according to the market demand, and closely follow up sales projects
2. Proficient in engineering services, including feed production process and application equipment, proficient in OFFICE software PPT/WORD/EXCEL and CAD drawing software
3. Mechanical, electrical, structural, pressure vessel and pipeline skills; able to understand PLC ladder diagram, familiar with flow design of liquid pipeline; able to design process diagram of Minstox equipment according to on-site investigation results; able to independently complete maintenance of Minstox equipment
