Overview

Kemin is hiring a IT Project Manager to join our global Information Technology team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on project Olympus, which is a branded term for Kemin’s overall journey to digital transformation. The core responsibilities of this position will include multi-project/assignments involvement across multiple business units and regions with minimal oversight.  Knowledge and ability to manage responsibilities are to be used on a proven and extensive ongoing basis before moving into a designated IT position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years information technology experience
  • Minimum 0+ years effective project management experience
  • PMP or similar certification is preferred
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously with some oversight/guidance
  • General knowledge and understanding of reporting systems
  • Flexibility to travel locally and internationally with frequency being up to 1/3 of time
  • Flexibility in work hours due to global aspects of position.
  • Strong Problem-Solving skills
  • Ability to use and deep understanding of modern electronic communication tools
  • Timely response to requests and communications
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and phone skills
