Overview

Location: Delhi/ Kolkata 

 

Position Objective: 

 

Incubent is accountable for generating sales and grow the Kemin’s business with high business potential clients / customers into Aqua feed egment assigned in a defined geographical region

 

Responsible to build a strong image of Kemin with the key accounts and facilitate the multi-level contact with them, identify the customer need and work closely with technical & marketing teams for developing and providing solutions in a way to generate business.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve the monthly and annual stretched sales budget allocated for the position
  • Identify the key accounts and develop a customer list with their complete business related details
  • Work closely with marketing & sales teams to implement strategies & tactics of Kemin
  • Lay down & govern the key accounts distribution system to ensure effective supply of goods and collection of money within company’s specified time
  • Keep track of the competition and the market trends and report key changes in market & practices and send report once in every two month
  • Evaluate from time to time the satisfaction levels about the services & products provided and the expectations from various levels of decision makers, gate keepers or influencers
  • Keep the influencers and the decision makers informed with the ROI from use of products / programs by regular updates and follow up
  • Responsible to establish the need for the Kemin products and programs.
  • Responsible to serve and walk the customers through options and concern phase to decision.
  • Trouble-shooting the customers problems and promote products/programs amongst customers.
  • Conducting trials to demonstrate the benefits of products / programs.
  • Organize / Participate in regional meetings/seminars to educate customers on Kemin programs and solutions

Qualifications

  • Graduate in science preferably Bachelor of Fishery Sciences (BFSc.) / M. Sc. (Agri) with 12- 18 years of sales experience in handling Key accounts and exceptional selling skills.
  • Specialization / experience in key accounts in Animal Nutrition market preferred.
