Overview

Kemin Animal Health and Nutrition EMENA is seeking a Graduate Trainee - Logistics.

location: Herentals (Belgium)

Your first step toward becoming a Logistics Specialist.

At Kemin, we believe the best specialists are developed, not hired. That's why we've created a unique opportunity for recent graduates to build a strong foundation in international logistics and supply chain operations.

As a Graduate Trainee - Logistics, you will join a 12-month development program designed to accelerate your growth through hands-on experience, training, and mentoring. Working alongside experienced logistics professionals, you will gain exposure to export operations, transportation management, order fulfillment, customer service, and supply chain collaboration while gradually taking ownership of your own responsibilities.

Throughout the program, you will receive coaching, learn our processes, build relationships across the business, and develop the technical and professional skills needed to succeed in a logistics career. Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into a Logistics Specialist role with increased responsibility and opportunities for further growth.
