Overall Function

Act as the senior technical consultant for Kemin Thailand and lead the full KAS (Kemin Applicator Solutions) organization and the end-to-end customer experience on applicators – from specification and installation through utilization, service and performance review. You will also bring feed mill process and trial expertise that enables the Sales team to deliver integrated, ROI-based solutions to Thailand's leading feed producers.

1. Supervise KAS operations (Thailand)

• Supervise all KAS activity in Thailand – installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, calibration and repair – including the KAS technicians and appointed contractors
• Own the country applicator asset register and drive applicator utilisation rate (AUR) to target throughout the year
• Set and enforce KAS work standards, safety requirements, service SLAs and job scheduling across all sites
• Review and negotiate contractor scope, specifications and quotations; approve technical specification before award
• Ensure timely and accurate KAS report submission, spare-part planning and service records
• Report KAS performance, backlog and risk to the Country President and the regional KAS Manager

2. Own the customer experience on applicators

• Act as the single point of accountability for customer satisfaction on every installed applicator and millSMART system
• Manage installation timelines and customer commitments; escalate and resolve downtime, dosing accuracy and complaint cases to closure
• Conduct periodic system health checks and performance reviews with customers, with clear ROI and dosing-accuracy evidence
• Train customer operators and maintenance teams; issue SOPs, operating manuals and handover documentation
• Track and report customer experience measures (uptime, response time, complaint closure) and drive corrective action

3. Technical consultancy – feed mill and process

• Provide expert consultation to feed mill customers; conduct feed mill audits and troubleshooting
• Optimize production process and performance (grinding, mixing, conditioning, pelleting, cooling)
• Advise customers on mold control, moisture retention, PDI/fines improvement and mill efficiency
• Deliver ROI-based technical solutions and technical reports to customers

4. Trials and technical validation

• Design, execute and supervise farm and feed mill trials that validate product performance and application accuracy
• Partner with universities, external laboratories and customer technical teams on trial protocols and sample analysis
• Analyze trial data and translate results into technical reports, ROI cases and customer-ready recommendations
• Build a Thailand trial and reference library that Sales and Key Account teams can use in customer conversations

5. Commercial partnership and team leadership

• Partner with Sales and Key Account teams on key account conversion, defense and growth
• Coach and develop the KAS and technical team; build capability, succession and cross-training
• Develop SOPs, training materials and technical tools for sales and technical colleagues
• Lead initiatives that strengthen local service to customers, with quantified success measures
• Support the country sales growth target and contribute to team engagement (EOS)

• Degree in engineering or related field; postgraduate qualification an advantage
• 8+ years of experience in feed mill production/technical operations, including supervisory experience over a service or engineering team
• Proven experience managing applicator/dosing equipment installation, maintenance and contractor management
• Strong knowledge in grinding, mixing, pelleting, cooling and automation, plus good understanding of moisture retention and PDI improvement
• Experience in trial design, execution and technical report writing; ability to work with universities and laboratories
• Experience in troubleshooting, process optimization and customer complaint resolution
