Overview

Location: Gummidipoondi

 

Position Objective : 

 

Support in managing HR responsibilities in the Factory.

 

Responsibilities

  • Managing & monitor the time office function
  • Managing and maintaining computerized attendance system by creating access code/card
  • Generate the attendance report on daily basis & Discuss with line manager on absenteeism control
  • Monitor absenteeism report on daily basis & implement the action
  • Documentation of HR records

Qualifications

  • Graduate in MSW with Specialization of HR or PM/IR
  • Sound knowledge in labour laws is preferable.
