Overview

Be responsible for maintaining and developing designated key accounts of the company, providing tailored services, products and solutions to clients, and delivering sales targets as well as business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate sales plans and achieve assigned sales quotas.
  • Coordinate internal company resources to deliver timely and professional technical support and services that meet client requirements.
  • Develop new markets and drive year-on-year regional sales growth exceeding market average growth rate.
  • Strengthen market and distributor management: ensure effective implementation and stability of the product pricing system, fully track regional product circulation, strictly prevent parallel goods diversion, and conduct training for distributors.
  • Conduct regular visits to decision-makers at all levels of key accounts to identify their actual business needs and deliver customized company services, products and solutions.
  • Effectively integrate internal and external corporate resources (R&D, production, technical teams, laboratories, industry specialists, etc.) to deliver value-added sales solutions for key accounts.
  • Complete other ad-hoc assignments assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine or related fields are preferred.
  • Proven capability to collaborate with key accounts, develop new projects, and manage key & group clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, resilience under pressure, self-motivation and adaptability; strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient written and spoken English.
  • Solid negotiation skills with a collaborative mindset for cross-team and external stakeholder cooperation.
