We are looking for a strong Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead and stabilize our integrated planning function across demand, supply, production, and inventory.

You will lead the planning team, create one trusted plan across the business, and work closely with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Logistics, Customer Service, Procurement, and commercial teams to turn demand into realistic and executable supply and production plans.

  • Strong planning decision-making across demand, supply, inventory, and execution
  • Integrating people, data, and decisions into one clear operating plan
  • Using ERP and planning tools with discipline and practicality
  • Building a capable team and reducing dependency on individual heroics

This is a high-impact role at the center of business execution. You will help create planning credibility, improve alignment across functions, and build a more resilient planning operating model for the business.

If you are a planner who combines sound decision-making, operational realism, and leadership maturity — and you know that advanced tools only work after the basics are under control — we would like to hear from you.
