Laboratory Support - Part Time

Join the Kemin team as a Laboratory Support Technician and take the first step into the world of scientific research. This flexible, part-time entry-level role is a great opportunity as it offers hands-on experience in a functional lab setting, where you'll support our Research and Development Department with daily tasks such as cleaning glassware, performing equipment calibration checks, and assisting with routine maintenance. All work is completed under direct supervision, making it an ideal opportunity for a student who is eager to learn and grow.

This role will work a maximum of 20 hours/week. Schedule end time may vary based on work load.

• Assisting in lab maintenance, e.g. glassware cleaning, keeping the lab orderly.
• Confirming pipette calibrations.
• Equipment cleaning.
• Other general duties as assigned.

• Education & Experience: 
• • High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must interact well with others in a team environment.
• Exhibit attention to detail.
• Basic PC skills.
• Good oral communication skills with a minimal English proficiency level.
