QC Assistant

KEMIN ANIMAL NUTRITION AND HEALTH – EMENA is searching QC Assistant to join our team in Herentals for a 1-year maternity cover.

This role is ideal for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a technical school background with laboratory experience who enjoys hands-on lab work in a quality-focused environment.

• Support QC activities including sample preparation, analysis, and registration
• Assist with chemical analyses and operate laboratory equipment
• Ensure raw materials and finished products meet quality specifications
• Help complete and verify Certificates of Analysis (CoA)
• Log and manage samples in LIMS
• Support general laboratory organization and cleanliness

• Bachelor in Chemistry or technical/laboratory education with lab experience
• Fluent Dutch is a must have, English - communicative level
• Accurate, structured, and quality‑minded
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office; LIMS experience is a plus
