Overview

This role is responsible for the repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of enterprise production equipment, office facilities and public utilities. The core objectives are to resolve equipment failures promptly, extend service life, and ensure orderly operation of all business activities. The role works closely with all departments: supporting the production department to maintain continuous production line operation and avoid downtime; assisting the logistics department with daily maintenance of office furniture and auxiliary facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to failure requests, quickly identify root causes, and perform repairs using professional tools and techniques. Restore equipment/facilities to normal operation in the shortest time to minimize downtime losses.
  • Conduct scheduled inspections, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment and other preventive maintenance on equipment/facilities as planned. Proactively identify and resolve potential risks to reduce failure rates.
  • Document all repairs and maintenance, establish and update maintenance records for management reference. Manage maintenance consumables, and provide rational suggestions for equipment optimization or modification to improve operational efficiency.
  • Perform other assigned duties and projects.

Qualifications

  • Technical secondary school or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields; 1–3+ years of relevant experience in factory mechanical maintenance and operation; mandatory certificates: Welder Certificate, Working at Height Certificate issued by the Emergency Management Department.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Hardworking, with strong safety awareness and accountability.
