Overview

Performs basic administrative and general customer service duties. Arrange of transportation for local and international deliveries.

 

Responsibilities

  1. Provide timely and accurate customer services, secure that procedures are being followed;
  2.  Smooth order processing with optimal economic efficiency and maximum customer service;
  3. Plan shipments and provide instructions to the warehouse on the preparation of deliveries;
  4. Maintain administration and customer files;
  5. Proactively participate in order prediction by running reports and contacting customers;
  6. Prepare colleagues as backup and act as backup during absence  of CS&Demand planner, RM&Production Planner;
  7. Preparation and checking of shipping documents;
  8. Arrangement of transportation (trucks, collective cargoes, multi-modal) for local and international deliveries;
  9. Timely and accurate communication, administration and documentation on customer services and sales activities (internally and externally);
  10. Customer retention improvement.

Qualifications

  • High education (economy is preferable)
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong written and oral communication 
  • Proficient with computer systems, including MS Office, word, excel, PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail
