Channel Management supervisor

Reporting to the Marketing Communication Manager, this position is responsible for implementing channel management policies, organizing relevant data and documents, and supporting the tracking and achievement of sales targets.

• Implement and execute the full process of channel management, including dealer admission, qualification review, authorization management and exit mechanism, to ensure compliance with the company’s channel management policies.
• Conduct annual customer and dealer satisfaction surveys, collect feedback and drive the implementation of improvements.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other support departments to 推进 the channel contract signing process, ensuring timely filing and systematic management of dealer contracts and related documents.
• Assist in collecting, organizing and analyzing dealer-related data to provide data support for business decision-making.
• Be responsible for the daily maintenance, issue coordination and optimization communication of the dealer management system to ensure efficient system operation.
• Organize and prepare dealer meetings and provide relevant administrative support to ensure smooth meeting execution.
• Efficiently complete other channel management-related tasks assigned by supervisors.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience in channel management, business development or sales supervision; experience in animal nutrition, food, human health or related industries is preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills; proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), able to adapt to an international working environment.
4. Proficient in office software including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Power BI; solid Excel data processing and analysis capabilities.
5. Integrity, detail-oriented and responsible; strong teamwork, self-motivation and result-oriented mindset; good ability to work under pressure and coordinate effectively.
6. Work Location: Chaoyang District, Beijing.
