Regional Technical Manager- Feed (Aqua)

Location: Chennai

Overall development of sales of Kemin’s products by providing high quality and continued services to the customers of the designated territory and the stated objectives of customer retention and expansion of the customer base. The individual supports sales team to achieve the major sales targets set for the designated territory and expand the customer base

• Responsible to establish the need for the Kemin AquaScience products
• Responsible to serve and walk the customers through options and concern phase to decision
• Support the key/top account of the sales person in each territory’s by providing information on Rendering, Shrimp feed and fish feed operations.
• Trouble-shooting the customers problems and promote products amongst customers
• Conducting trials to demonstrate the benefits of products and record the data.
• Organize / Participate in regional meetings/seminars to educate customers on successful aqua farming
• Visiting the important customers in list (once in Month)
• Responsible for reporting the market activity to the internal management team
• Training the sales team technically and provide adequate knowledge to customers on sustainable and efficient feed production management continuously
• Write papers & popular articles in journals & technical articles on need of customers

• MV Sc. in Animal Nutrition/ M.F Sc in Aqua Nutrition with 1-2 years of work experience.
