In this role you will manage and optimize core marketing technologies, streamline processes, and empower teams through clear training and hands‑on support. Your work blends strategic consulting with execution - meeting with business units to review performance, keeping our CRM organized and efficient, building templates, and fine-tuning list details. You’ll bring campaigns to life by delivering standout emails and ads while acting as a trusted partner across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Ensure digital marketing activities adhere to all applicable laws or guidelines. (ex. GDPR, CCPA, ADA, etc.)
  • Drive the adoption and utilization of digital marketing processes and data management practices to meet internal requirements.
  • Act as a systems expert for all digital channels, including email, social, web, etc.
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for content creation. (pages, blogs, webinars, articles, video, social, etc.)
  • Develop pages in our Content Management System (CMS) and manage assets in our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
  • Collaborate with internal reviewers to ensure all external communications and assets receive necessary reviews, permissions and licenses.
  • Design marketing assets (social graphics, email visuals, landing page elements) using design tools.
  • Implement and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to supplement organic site traffic and drive lead conversion.
  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns or nurture workflows with clear indicators of success and opportunity for reports.
  • Coordinate cross functional collaboration to create a seamless lead management processes.
  • Help optimize lead management processes and campaigns to generate, segment, nurture, qualify and route leads.
  • Monitor the quantity, quality and velocity of your lead generation efforts to find opportunities for refinement.
  • Develop reports to measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and inform future strategies.
  • Execute campaigns to generate leads and retain business utilizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation Platform (MAP).
  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, finding new ways of iterating and growing digital marketing capabilities.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Information Technology with 3+ years of related digital marketing experience.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of related digital marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience with Customer Relation Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP), preferably HubSpot.
  • Experience creating content that resonates with a target audience and answers their unique pain points and questions.
  • Basic understanding of web design principles and coding languages a plus. (UX/UI, SEO, HTML, CSS, etc.)
  • Experience running corporate social media channels, driving both paid and organic traiffic.
  • Experience executing digital marketing campaigns all the way from ideation to execution and reporting.
  • Understanding of lead management principles and the collaboration needed between Marketing & Sales to create a smooth customer experience.
  • Fluent in English, multilingual is a plus.
