Overview

Location: Srilanka

 

  • Maintain the sales and collection; achieve the sales targets for allotted territory through the projects. Create new projects to increase the sales values and ensure the overall development of sales of the company’s products by providing high quality service to all the customers.           
  • Work Environment: Off Site – In field
  • Necessitates 20-25 days of business travel in a month.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for second tier customer of broiler & Layer segments.
  • Ensure to meet set out targets of sales & collection.
  • Responsible to create new project based on customer need or created need.
  • Need to have multiple contacts with customer and ensure regular contact maintain with customers.
  • Responsible to create a need with support of CLS, technical team and through consultants.
  • Identify the customer needs and get the information from them.
  • Once need is identified follow up with customers.
  • Move project one phase to another phase.
  • Ensure the continuous sales with customers and collect the money.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Science, B.Sc or equivalent with more 3 – 5 years’ experience in sales. Experince in feed sales or feed additive sales is desirable.
