The Project Manager oversees KAS project activities, driving the development and implementation of innovative application solutions and manufacturing processes. This role is accountable for delivering projects on time and within budget, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. The Project Manager plays a critical role in supporting business growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and developing team capabilities to achieve organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all project expenditures, ensuring strict compliance with approved CAPEX and budgetary limits.
  • Define, plan, and execute the manufacturing process schedule in close collaboration with Online, Service, and Sales Managers.
  • Develop and mentor project team members in best practices for project management, safety protocols, and quality service delivery.
  • Conduct surveys and feasibility analysis for new liquid application possibilities and follow up new projects with offers and quotations
  • Prepare and present applicator offers for both standard and customized solutions, supporting sales and business development initiatives.
  • Execute and monitor field trials in collaboration with Sales Manager to validate new technologies and solutions.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers, ensuring successful project delivery and outstanding technology implementation.
  • Promote and deliver equipment training to customer sales managers, enhancing customer knowledge and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the procurement of components, spare parts, and raw materials required for project execution.
  • Determine specifications, select suppliers, manage inventory, process and follow up on orders, and approve invoices to ensure timely and cost-effective resource management.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree focused on Project or Maintenance/Industrial Process and 5+ years of related work experience OR
    • Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering with 2+ years of related experience.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience resolving customer issues and aligning stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of process optimization and operational excellence.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, make sound decisions under pressure, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Effective communicator, especially in resolving customer complaints.
  • Intuitive thinker with strategic vision and the ability to anticipate needs and assess scenarios for effective decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in relevant project management and engineering software.
  • Travel up to 20%.
