Kemin Industries is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Kemin Human Nutrition and Health business unit, dedicated to advancing human health.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercially focused marketing programs aligned with sales objectives, pipeline targets, and revenue goals
  • Partner closely with sales leadership, product managers to identify priority accounts, segments, and opportunities for marketing support
  • Develop sales enablement assets and event-specific collateral to support commercial conversations including internal and external presentations
  • Track, analyze and report on ROI with strategic recommendations for future and present to leadership.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product managers, marketing, digital) to ensure integrated campaign execution
  • Develop and manage internal and external communications, including marketing collateral, presentations, trade show materials, articles, press releases, website content, blogs, and sales materials
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of trade shows, conferences, customer events, and field marketing initiatives from conception through completion, including post-event lead follow-up and ROI analysis
  • Own end-to-end event management, including strategy, messaging, logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site execution
  • Act as overall project manager for events and key initiatives, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all commercial marketing activities
  • Research, identify, recommend, and implement new marketing-related technologies and strategies which drive future initiatives.
  • Manage public relations efforts including proofreading, creative, promotional materials, and outreach activities.
  • Work with marketing leadership collaboratively to create, manage, and implement cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies such as product launches and promotional product plans.
  • Must be able to execute responsibilities with regular autonomy and little direction
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Actively contribute to strategic plan and budget development and management
  • Participate on cross-functional teams supporting product launches and innovation initiatives
  • Represent the company at select trade shows and events
  • Prepare marketing activity and performance reports
  • Support creative development for marketing materials in print and digital formats
  • Provide ongoing process improvements to increase the marketing function’s value to the organization
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Education
    • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications with 2-5 years of corporate experience
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to set priorities and handle multiple projects efficiently in order to meet deadlines
  • A reliable, flexible, self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working under pressure as there is a high level of accountability for one’s work.
  • High attention to detail, high accuracy, and analytical
  • Proven experience managing trade shows and events end-to-end, including planning execution, and measurement
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, results-driven commercial environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling marketing messages
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and evaluating marketing ROI and performance metrics
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and quality across all marketing and communications deliverables
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction while maintaining accountability for outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing, sales, product, and external partners
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external service providers
