Overview

Reporting to the Head of Quality & Regulatory Affairs, this position aligns with the company’s overall development strategy. It is responsible for the registration of the company’s products in China, ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s document control system, and strictly protecting the company’s intellectual property rights.

Responsibilities

  1. Prepare registration dossiers for all Kemin products to be registered in China, follow up on the entire registration process, provide corresponding support, and ensure the successful completion of registration.
  2. Collect and organize all relevant documents required for product registration; update product registration information for relevant departments (both internal and external to the company).
  3. Recruit qualified translation specialists to translate documents provided by overseas affiliated companies.
  4. Compile enterprise standards for products; arrange and follow up on various tests required for registration; properly archive all types of certificates upon the completion of registration.
  5. Handle the application, renewal, modification and annual review of the company’s production-related certificates.
  6. Track the new product R&D process, collect and file all R&D documents to meet internal audit requirements.
  7. Upload and maintain technical documents for all designated businesses on the company’s technical website, and update the basic database.
  8. Be responsible for the review and management of external documents, intellectual property rights and trademarks.
  9. Manage product labels, product specifications (SPEC) and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), including information collection, drafting, revision, update, review, issuance and maintenance.
  10. Oversee the document control center, and update, revise and maintain all of the company’s system documents (ISO, GMP, FAMIQS, AIB).
  11. Liaise and communicate with industry authorities, and promptly disseminate updates on industry regulations to all departments of the company.
  12. Provide regulatory support to all internal departments of the company as well as to Kemin Global.
  13. Fulfill other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  1. Master’s degree or above in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Food Science, Biochemistry or other related majors.
  2. At least 5 years of working experience in regulatory affairs and product registration in the animal nutrition or animal feed industry.
  3. Possess the technical capability to independently design and implement regulatory compliance projects.
  4. Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as strong internal and external collaboration capabilities.
  5. Be able to work well under pressure and have strong problem-solving skills.
  6. Have solid skills in document writing and data processing.
  7. Possess outstanding communication skills in both Chinese and English (verbal and written).
