Sales Manager(South China)

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing and expanding existing business relationships and the development of new business opportunities in the dietary supplement market in South China. Focus of this position is on achieving the budgeted sales for Kemin Human Nutrition and Health products, margin, operating income and sales expense financial indicators of the budget for the territory.

1. Responsible for achieving sales target in South of China and rationally making sales plan.
2. Responsible for developing new projects and maintaining relationships with key accounts.
3. Maintain existing business and develop new projects
4. Develop brand customers and private customers in the South District, and promote probiotics and other functional product solutions;
5. Conduct irregular follow-up visits to customers and explore their potential
6. Use the system to record weekly customer visits, customer and projects management, and report and analysis;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors;

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, management, business, nutrition, food or related field is preferred.
2. Health products, probiotics product CMO sales experience (must), familiar with South China private domain customers and other brand customers, more than three years of experience is preferred.
3. Key accounts management and development new projects experiences.
4. Be familiar with regulations, applications, prices and market conditions of raw and finished dietary supplements
5. Strong analytical insight into the health care industry and consumers.
6. Able to work under pressure and dare to challenge goals.
7. English text can be read, there is a certain basis.
