Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic projects, activities, and action items in the LATAM region. Responsible for reporting the progress and status of project activities.
  • Manage and guide the execution of changes and initiatives related to continuous improvement. Manage scope, deliverables, budget, goals, roles, responsibilities, and outcomes.
  • Create project plans (Gantt charts) and schedules that ensure task prioritization and dependencies.
  • Monitor changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans. Delegate tasks and responsibilities.
  • Conduct project team meetings and ensure follow-up on actions. Continuously define and manage expectations with team members and stakeholders.
  • Present results appropriately and timely to enable critical data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • Higher education in Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile/Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with management tools such as MS Project, Planner, Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
  • Skill in data analysis, creating reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Ability to respond to project adjustments and changes quickly, efficiently, and positively.
  • Ability to communicate with diverse groups, both technical and non-technical.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work well with deadlines.
  • Advanced or Fluent in English.
  • Advanced or Fluent in Spanish.
