Overview

This position is primarily responsible for the full-process management of export orders for feed enzymes, covering order coordination, production and stock preparation scheduling, delivery date follow-up, customs declaration and clearance, logistics arrangement, document handling, assistance in customer payment collection, as well as the filling of relevant reports and the execution of ad-hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

  1. Receive customers’ export orders, confirm order details, implement order requirements, and make proper arrangements for production and stock preparation.
  2. Communicate with customers in a timely manner based on order delivery schedules and stock preparation progress to ensure punctual order fulfillment.
  3. Conduct full-cycle tracking of orders, and coordinate the resolution of issues arising from production, quality inspection, third-party testing, customs authorities, freight forwarders, customers and other relevant parties in a timely fashion.
  4. Handle customs inspection and quarantine, commodity inspection, customs declaration and other related formalities and certification; be responsible for the preparation, review and safekeeping of import and export documents.
  5. Arrange cargo booking and shipment, coordinate container loading at factories and other related matters; compile and provide a full set of documents for cargo customs clearance and assist in completing the customs clearance process.
  6. Liaise with banks and insurance companies, conduct sound customer credit management, and assist in the collection of customer payments.
  7. Timely input export order information into the company’s ERP system; fill in relevant reports as required by the department to ensure data accuracy and information timeliness.
  8. Complete product registration, certification, testing and license application in a timely manner; prepare and send overseas samples promptly.
  9. Process domestic and international sample applications and deliveries; settle domestic and international courier fees as well as export ocean freight charges.
  10. Submit work reports and various business statements, and execute other ad-hoc tasks assigned by company and department leaders efficiently and on schedule.
  11. Fulfill other tasks arranged by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Business English or other related majors.
  2. Candidates with relevant work experience in foreign trade merchandising are preferred; outstanding fresh graduates may be considered with relaxed requirements.
  3. Possess excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of independently handling English emails; fluent in oral English.
  4. Be familiar with foreign trade processes and document operation, and have a good understanding of international trade practices.
  5. Proficient in using Office software and ERP systems.
  6. Have a strong sense of teamwork and customer service, with a meticulous and rigorous work attitude.
