This position demands a high level of regional strategic insight and the ability to function both autonomously and within the KSSA team in order to realize the growth aspirations of the company. This is a management role in Kemin’s Sub Saharan Africa Business Unit tasked with successfully leading and managing the West African regional sales team. The key responsibilities include helping to formulate and implement the regional sales strategy and execution thereof. You will provide direction, leadership and guidance to achieve sales growth in line with budget expectations whilst also developing a cohesive, professional and service orientated sales team.
