Overview
Location : Namakkal
Position Objective:
- Responsible and accountable for technical support and business development for Premix to assigned regions for customer acquisition and retention.
- Focus on comprehensive premix applications in poultry, maintaining the role of subject matter expert that is viewed as a source of reliable information by the customer.
- Work Environment: Business Office
- Necessities 12-15 days of business travel in a month.
Responsibilities
- Business Development & Project Execution
- Drive regional premix business by planning and executing projects in collaboration with the sales team.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer projects aligned with agreed objectives and budgeted sales targets.
- Technical Expertise & Customer Engagement
- Represent Kemin Premix solutions with strong technical and commercial knowledge to build customer confidence.
- Demonstrate product value propositions and strengthen customer trust through consultative engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with account managers, product managers, and technical teams to identify opportunities, set goals, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Market Positioning & Performance Management
- Establish and grow Kemin Premix products in the market.
- Define KPIs, monitor performance, and provide periodic reports for informed decision-making.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Insights
- Track and report competitor activities, customer technical developments, and emerging applications to support innovation and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Graduate in B. V. Sc/ M.V. Sc or equivalent with a minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in sales / technical / techno-commercial.
- Degree in MBA is desirable and will be added advantage.
- Work Environment: Business Office.
