Overview

Kemin Biologics is seeking a motivated Area Sales Manager to join our European Sales team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of establishing and expanding our vaccine business - focusing on conventional poultry and cattle vaccines, as well as our autogenous swine vaccine portfolio. You’ll play a key role in driving growth, building partnerships, and supporting customers across Europe and beyond.

Responsibilities

As an Area Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include: 

    • Establish and expand the conventional vaccine portfolio in Europe which will initially target regions outside the European Union. 
    • Drive growth of the autogenous swine vaccine portfolio both within and beyond Europe.
    • Develop and execute regional business plans to drive market access, customer retention, and growth. 
    • Set annual sales budgets and commercial strategies with leadership. 
    • Achieve sales and margin targets through effective project execution. 
    • Identify, engage, and manage distributors to expand our sales network. 
    • Support technical implementation of vaccines at customer sites. 
    • Analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable opportunities. 
    • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers in the region. 
    • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams on field trials and customer support. 
    • Represent Kemin Biologics at industry events and contribute to international portfolio development. 

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (biology, veterinary medicine, chemistry, etc.) and 5–7 years’ experience in Veterinary/Animal Health or related business; MS degree preferred. 
    • Strong scientific curiosity and innovative mindset. 
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated by achievement. 
    • Excellent communication and project management skills. 
    • Fluent in English; proficiency in Slavic languages, French, Spanish, or German is a plus. 
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, online meeting platforms, and CRM tools.
