Our Human Resources team is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator! This vital role provides broad support and coordination across the HR department and plays an important part in the overall employee experience. The HR Coordinator manages a variety of administrative processes, including file management, employee recognition, compliance tracking - including I-9 management, and HR program support. In addition, this role coordinates and leads new hire orientation, ensuring a welcoming and consistent introduction for all employees.
The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and exceptional attention to detail. They will be highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint), and demonstrate a servant-leader approach while working in a fast-moving environment.

Provide coordination and administrative support across a variety of Human Resources programs and processes.
Maintain accurate and organized employee records and files.
Coordinate and lead new hire orientation, ensuring a positive and consistent onboarding experience.
Support employee recognition programs and other HR initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
Assist with compliance tracking and general HR reporting.
Partner with HR team members to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
Support recruitment and onboarding efforts as needed, including scheduling interviews, preparing materials, and assisting with pre-employment processes.
