NOTICE OF FILING OF APPLICATION BY KEMIN INDUSTRIES, INC.

 UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR’S PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

 

An application concerning the employment of one or more alien workers for the following permanent position will be filed with the Department of Labor.  This Notice of Filing will be posted for 10 consecutive business days, ending between 30 and 180 days before filing the permanent labor certification application.

 

POSITION TITLE:  IT Business Analyst II

POSITION DUTIES: The duties of this position include: project management utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies, execution of deliverables with visual modeling, gap analysis, and other data analysis techniques.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  Requirements a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Electronics Engineering; and 3 years’ experience of each of the following: analyzing project requirements and planning utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies; analyzing data using business intelligence tools, such as Power BI or Tableau; creating business process mapping and data modeling using visual modeling, wireframing, and whiteboarding techniques, including MS Visio, Balsamiq, and Mural tools; conducting gap analysis and feasibility checks; creating user story mapping and backlog planning, writing users stories, facilitating backlog refinement and conducting User Acceptance Testing; and facilitating sprint planning and retrospective meetings.  

RATE OF PAY: $115,066 (The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.)

Qualifications

A post-offer background check and drug screen is required.  Additional pre-employment requirements may be necessary based on position.
