1. Complete the sales target and core product sales target set by the company;
2. Responsible for the development of sales projects for customers and markets in Guangdong region;
3. Responsible for the planning and implementation of relevant product promotion activities in the market;
4. Collect competitor information and other relevant market information in the regional market;
5. Implement the strategic implementation plan required by the regional manager;
6. Develop new markets and ensure regional sales grow year by year at a rate higher than market growth.
主要职责:
1. 完成公司制定的销售目标和核心产品销售目标;
2. 负责广东指定地区客户及市场的销售项目开发;
3. 负责所属市场相关产品推广活动的策划及实施;
4. 收集区域市场内竞争对手信息及其他相关的市场信息;
5. 贯彻执行区域经理要求的战略实施方案;
6. 开发新市场,确保区域内销售以高于市场增长的速度逐年增长。
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in animal husbandry, veterinary medicine, animal nutrition or related;
2. More than three years of sales/technical/marketing work experience is preferred;
3. Experience in successful customer development and project implementation;
4. Good communication and negotiation skills;
5. Integrity, honesty, initiative and diligence, team work spirit;
6. Psychological quality and physical strength that can withstand greater work pressure.
