Overview

This role will undergo training in enterprise product knowledge, marketing strategies, sales techniques, experimental operations, and other pertinent skills and knowledge, and is expected to complete all learning modules and designated tasks within the specified timeframe, thereby swiftly becoming a pivotal member of the company.

Responsibilities

  1. Carry out the management trainee development program established by the company to fulfill the training objectives;

  2. Monitor and translate research materials on the application of Jianming products from abroad, engage in research on Jianming products and solutions, and continually update and revise pertinent technical documentation;

  3. Assist in organizing technical seminars and present technical reports at relevant conferences;

  4. Plan and conduct customer visits based on sales requirements, comprehend their technical and business development needs, address questions related to product technology, and aid in achieving sales targets;

  5. Identify opportunities for product enhancement and new product development, and collaborate on designated product management initiatives;

  6. Assess customers' experimental needs, formulate experimental protocols, and ensure that the experiments yield optimal outcomes and returns for Jianming and its clients;

  7. Handle other duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

1. Major in veterinary medicine, preventive veterinary medicine, animal nutrition, or related fields, with a doctoral degree;
2. Have experience in animal experimentation, animal dissection, and animal nutrition;
3. Possess good communication, coordination, and learning abilities;
4. Possess good English oral communication skills;
5. Those who can adapt to business trips are preferred;
