Overview

Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health EMENA is seeking a Team Lead Marketing Intelligence.

 

The Team Lead Market Intelligence will oversee the Market Intelligence/Market Research hub, ensuring the team delivers actionable insights to drive strategic decisions and support business growth

Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement market intelligence strategies. Lead and mentor team members 
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Analyze competitive landscape and market dynamics 
  • Data & Insights: Oversee data collection and interpretation. Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations 
  • Reporting and Communication: Present findings to senior management. Create reports and dashboards 
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and product development to align market insights 
  • Project Management: Manage multiple research projects, ensuring timely delivery of insights 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields 
  • Experience: 5 years in market intelligence, business analytics, or strategic marketing. Preferably in the animal feed or agribusiness sector 
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in market research tools and data analysis platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Euromonitor, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) 
    • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills 
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
    • Ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights 
    • Strong people management and mentoring abilities
