• Develop, update, debug, maintain, and commission automation software for:
• Online data acquisition
• System control
• Batching & process flow control
• API interfacing
• Interface with SCADA/PLC systems
• Work with PLCs: Delta, Siemens, Panasonic
• Use programming languages: Ladder Logic, FBD, SFC
• SCADA software: iConics, Siemens WinCC, Delta DIAVIEW
• Programming: Visual Basic, Visual C#
• Databases: SQL Server, Microsoft Access
• Communication protocols: Modbus TCP/RTU
• Follow SOPs for programming and system handover
• Provide after-sales service and technical support
• Maintain Kemin equipment across the Asia-Pacific region
• Collaborate with local agents/distributors for installations and repairs
• Frequent international travel for commissioning and supporting customers in Asia-Pacific region

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Industrial Automation
• Minimum 5 years of experience in:
• PLC programming
• SCADA
• C# and Visual Basic
• MS Office and SQL
• Knowledge of:
• Process instrumentation
• PLCs (Delta, Mitsubishi, Siemens)
• Liquid addition systems in animal feed production (a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Willingness to travel frequently on short notice
• Able to communicate in English is preferred.

📌 Additional Information

• Minimum 40 hours/week, with flexibility for extra work
• Regional travel required: 30%–50% of the time
