Overview

Kemin Biologics is seeking a motivated Regulatory Affairs Assistant to join our Intellectual Property & Regulatory Affairs (IPRA) team in Cairo. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and regulatory support, helping to ensure compliance and accuracy in documentation, labeling, and communications.

Responsibilities

As a Regulatory Affairs Assistant, your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Developing and updating labels and artwork for veterinary vaccines. 
  • Coordinating approvals for artwork and labeling changes. 
  • Managing product labeling tracking systems. 
  • Handling M3 entries for new and revised products. 
  • Acting as the liaison between Customer Services and Quality for complaint coordination. 
  • Assisting in the update, approval, and filing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 
  • Publishing and maintaining product documentation on internal Kemin databases. 
  • Managing filing systems and maintaining regulatory records. 
  • Supporting compliance with relevant regulatory laws and standards. 
  • Providing administrative assistance to the IPRA Specialist and Manager. 

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or higher; at least 2 years of relevant experience required (veterinary background is a plus). 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). 
  • Excellent computer and administrative skills. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. 
  • Good time management and prioritization skills. 
  • Eager to learn new software tools ((e.g., Illustrator, online platforms).and regulatory systems. 
  • Willingness to learn and apply applicable regulatory laws and practices.
