Overview

Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health EMENA is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Manager Ruminants to join our team in Turkey. This role is a strategic addition to our growing business and is ideal for someone with a strong background in animal nutrition and a passion for the ruminant sector.

Responsibilities

As Sales Manager Ruminants you will work under guidance of the Country Manager and you will have a variety of task and duties in order to obtain the targets such as:

  • Support and grow our ruminant business in Turkey.
  • Foster long-term, trust-based relationships with customers at every stage of the sales process
  • Build and maintain accurate sales forecasts to support production and inventory planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and supply chain teams to execute territory-specific plans.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and post-sale support.
  • Achieve consistent growth in overall sales and gross margin in line with annual targets.
  • Conduct meetings with key stakeholders across customer organizations.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, or Zootechnics.
  • Knowledge of animal nutrition and ruminants is essential.
  • +- 5 years of experience in the Industry
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
  • A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset.
  • A high degree of energy and personal motivation.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office products and database development programs.
  • Excellent communication skills to built a long term relationship.
  • Ability to travel
