The Kemin Graduate Development Program (KGDP) is a dynamic 2-year rotational program designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in animal nutrition and health.  This program offers flexibility, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure to help you grow into a role that aligns with your strengths and career goals. Responsibilities

What we plan for you

Learning & Development

 

  • Begin your journey with a comprehensive onboarding and training experience focused on technical service and commercial and customer  excellence.
  • Collaborate with  departments—R&D, sales, marketing, and customer support—to gain a 360° view of our business and discover where you thrive. A 3 months rotation will be part of the trajectory

Project Development

  • Take the lead on a strategic project that addresses a  challenge or introduces an innovative solution.
  • Present your project outcomes to senior leadership—your ideas could shape the future of our operations.

Technical Support

 

  • Support customers with hands-on technical expertise, including product application, troubleshooting, and field trials.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver impactful, value-driven solutions.

Program Evaluation

  • Receive regular feedback from your manager and through biannual performance reviews with HR and your mentor.
  • Align your personal development goals with Kemin’s long-term vision and growth strategy.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eager to learn and to grow.
  • Strong interest / knowledge of poultry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for animal health and sustainable agriculture.
  • Willingness to travel and work in field-based environments.

Commitment

  • Willing to commit to a 24-month development program with the intent to transition into a Technical Service Manager role upon successful completion.
