Sales Representative

This position will directly report to KTA’s sales manager and responsible for sales functions offered to assigned Kemin China textile auxiliary customers. The position is responsible for achieving the budgeted sales, margin, operating income and sales expense financial indicators of the budget for the assigned accounts.

• Develop sales plans and achieve sales targets.拟定销售计划， 完成销售任务.
• Coordinate company resources to provide reasonable and adequate solution to meet customer requirements.协调好公司资源，为客户提供合理、到位的解决方案， 满足客户要求.
• Develop new markets and ensure that regional sales grow at a rate above market growth.开发新市场， 确保区域内销售以高于市场增长的速度逐年增长.
• Strengthen market and distributor management: Ensure the effective implementation and stability of the product pricing system, clearly understand the direction of the product in the region, strictly control the occurrence of counterfeiting, and train distributors.加强市场及经销商管理： 确保产品价格体系的有效实施及稳定， 明确掌握产品在区域内的走向， 严格控制窜货现象的发生， 培训经销商.
• Submit the required monthly and weekly reports on time, including sales reports, travel plans, expense vouchers, rolling sales forecasts, market, customer, and competitor dynamic reports.按时提交规定的月报和周报， 包括销售月报、出差计划、车旅费报销单， 销售滚动预测， 市场、客户、竞争对手动态报告.
• Other matters assigned by superior supervisors.上级主管交办的其他事务。

 MINIMUM EDUCATION (including licenses, certifications, designations, etc.) 最低学历(包括执照、证书、职称等):
• At least college with 3/5-year technical service experience in chemical business and/or enzyme for textile;专科以上学历，3年以上纺织行业相关经验。

• Car owner and total independency into reach clients or meetings location;
• 有私车，可以独立的拜访客户
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office products and database development programs.
• 熟练使用计算机，包括Microsoft Office产品和数据库开发程序。
• Basic English written and spoken.
• 基本的英语书写能力。
