Overview

Kemin Nutrisurance is on the lookout for talented candidates to join our Graduate Development Program. This initiative is designed to develop new job market members by allowing them to work on meaningful, customer-facing projects and learn crucial skills on our B2B marketing team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to assist our marketing team in events, communications, public relations, and much more! 

 

As a participant, you will be assigned a diverse set of responsibilities and will work closely with your manager and an executive sponsor to kickstart your career at Kemin. Our program is focused on your professional growth, ensuring you gain valuable experience and insights that will set you up for success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide critical support for domestic and international (Canada, Mexico) trade-shows and hosted customer engagement events, including managing external vendors.
  • Assist in communications plans for sales/marketing materials and other collateral, presentations, trade-show materials, articles and trade publications, blogs, and/or announcements, under direct supervision.
  • Execute advertising placements with media partners and tracking, reporting of key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Assist in the creative development for marketing collateral and other published material in print and online. 
  • Provide public relations support including proofreading, promotional materials, and assisting with outreach activities.
  • Act as a project manager for marketing communications by tracking projects from beginning to end and communicate to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Event Management, or Public Relations with 0-3 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated curiosity to learn more about the business and grow. 
  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a high-energy atmosphere.
  • Able to maintain complete confidentiality.
  • High attention to detail, high accuracy, and some analytical abilities.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

A post-offer background check and drug screen is required.  Additional pre-employment requirements may be necessary based on position.
