Overview

Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health EMENA is looking for a Product Manager - Intestinal Health.

 

You'll be at the forefront of driving strategic growth, managing the product lifecycle, and supporting our Sales, Technical Service, and Marketing teams. This role is perfect for someone with a strong commercial mindset and leadership skills, ready to enhance customer value and drive market expansion.

Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a 5-year strategic plan.
  • Manage product lifecycle from planning to execution.
  • Conduct market analysis and define pricing strategies.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and product launches.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize product performance.
  • Engage with key customers and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical or business environment related to health feed additives.
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of mycotoxin binders, immune support solutions, probiotics, or preventive control strategies for pathogenic bacteria.
  • Awareness of local and global socio-cultural differences.
