Overview

Under the leadership of Sales Director, the Technical Services Engineer is responsible for KFT China technical service support work and assist the sales to complete the sales task. Must represent Kemin in a professional and knowledgeable manner that provides assurance to our customers of our capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and opportunities, provide solutions and products;
  • Help improve customers' own business output by evaluating new products or upgrading existing product lines;
  • Test and apply new products by arranging experimental protocols, and coordinate the implementation of experiment standards;
  • Manage and maintain data and documents of all experimental projects;
  • Participate in academic activities such as industry exhibitions and seminars;
  • Write technical papers or articles;
  • Provide technical training to the sales team, distributor and customer.
  • Support sales team to achieve the sales target
  • Capable to build simple beverage lab in Zhuhai and demonstrate end products to key customers
  • Coordinate with R&D for new compound products development and new raw materials testing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor, Master and PhD degree of in food or food research related major.
  • At least three years of technical service-related working experience.
  • In-depth understanding of food industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to provide customers with extraordinary service experience.
  • Fluent English, multi-lingual ability is preferred.
  • Strong analytical ability in the field of applied research, as well as product development and application ability in the commercial field.
  • Good command of Microsoft office software.
