Warehouse Helper

• This position will report to KTA China’s Operation Manager. The position is responsible for strictly implementing the warehouse management of raw materials and finished goods to ensure it’s consistent with the system.

• Complete the inventory management of the receiving of raw materials, the management of the finished products, the delivery of finished products, and other auxiliary materials.
• Ensure the good storage of the goods and the conformity of the accounts;
• Ensure first in first out of the goods;
• Ensure that the receipt and shipping documents of the goods are in good condition and be dealt with by the relevant departments；
• Label the warehouse goods, carry out 5S management, keep the goods in order and clean the environment.
• Maintenance of warehouse facilities;
• Follow the requirements of quality system certification;
• Abide by the rules and regulations of the company and the local government in the aspects of safety, environmental protection and health.

• Young and dynamic with capacity in creating team-work with colleagues;
• Minimum 1-year experience in a relevant similar position;
• Have the quality of diligence;
• Having knowledge in Microsoft Office and ERP software;
• Being resilient to stress and time pressure;
• Ability to reach working place by own means.
