QC Manager

This role will be responsible for the daily management and team building of QC in Kemin China Laboratory

1.Arrange daily inspection work for quality inspectors, review the inspection results of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, and provide a conclusion on whether they are qualified or not;

2.Provide methods for handling returned finished products, non-conforming products, and expired materials.
3.Responsible for the operation and daily maintenance of the quality control module in the MOVEX/LIMS system, including inputting test results, establishing standards, establishing testing methods, and handling non-conforming and expired materials;
4.Analyze the quality inspection results, propose methods and suggestions to improve product quality; Submit monthly quality inspection reports to the department manager in charge;
5.Verify new product testing methods and update old testing methods, establish and maintain records required for quality management, including charts, statistical analysis, etc;
6.Strictly implement the requirements of food hygiene and safety management regulations such as ISO 9000/GMP/FAMI-QS/AIB/FSSC22000, as well as laboratory ISO 17025 standards;
7.Responsible for the management of the quality control laboratory, including testing and analysis, safety, hygiene, equipment, reagents and consumables, etc; Responsible for managing the training and performance evaluation of quality control inspectors; Continuously optimize and improve the efficiency of QC team testing;

Other functions:
1.Maintain good communication with other laboratories (including third-party laboratories, Jianming clients, Jianming joint ventures, Jianming factories, Jianming sister companies, and Jianming headquarters laboratories) to ensure consistency in testing details.
2.Assist the superior supervisor in following up and promoting the construction of the QC team personnel team.
3.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Bioengineering, Food Science and Engineering, Animal Science or related majors;
2.Strong sense of responsibility, rigorous, meticulous, and principled.
3.More than five years of experience in quality control and laboratory team management in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries;
4.Possess excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills in both Chinese and English;Those who can adapt to business trips are preferred.
