Kemin AquaScience is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented team member to support our Customer Service and Supply Chain in Indonesia function as a 1-year contract role, with possibility of renewal.

Responsibilities

  1. Acknowledge vaccines orders received from customers and or regional warehouses, check availability with Senior Supply Chain Specialist and advise delivery date within reasonable time.
  2. Enter the Sales Orders, Delivery Order into ERP system
  3. Manage logistics related issues such as insurance claim and customer complaint, work with relevant departments and monitor through the closing of the issues.
  4. Report on monthly sales forecasting and sale report
  5. Report on-time delivery.
  6. Manage outgoing and incoming shipment processes. Responsible for the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for incoming shipment and outgoing deliveries.
  7. Liaison with freight, custom clearing agent and 3rd party warehouse on all inbound and outbound
  8. Prepare delivery documents for outbound shipment.
  9. Create and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans, and expenses.
  10. Liaise with customers for all matters pertaining to shipments and deliveries
  11. Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Requires at least a Diploma with 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Good understanding of logistics, warehouse and supply chain management. Example knowledge of intercoterms, shipping terms, and under duties include liaise with supply chain, liaise with sales team to support sales and demand forecasting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to manage demanding customers requirement at times.
  • Resourceful and have excellent problem solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and able to cope well under stress are important attributes.
