Administration Assistant, Receptionist

Kemin Cavriago is looking for a Administrative Assistant/receptionist who serves as the initial point of contact for our visitors. It is essential for the individual in this position to consistently exhibit a positive attitude and demonstrate the ability to think quickly and logically under pressure. This role involves interaction with individuals at all levels, both within and outside the organization

• General Secretarial duties
• Support a variety of administrative tasks within the Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Operations and HR departments, as applicable.
• Manage the Cavriago reception desk, telephone/fax, internal distribution of mail & faxes, visitors’ reception and -registration
• Organize general communication via the central reception desk (e.g. Holiday period announcements)
• Organize courier services
• Organize rooms and participants for meetings, organize lunch/dinners & catering,
• Manage the office supplies, and specific items e.g. for visitors’ accommodation
• Organize for travel- and hotel arrangements, arrange for visa for visitors,
• All other general secretarial work for the group at Cavriago
• Management of the liquid wasted and timely provide and keeping update the information related

• Experienced in logistics / customer service
• Customer focused, Team player
• Multi-lingual: fluent in English is a must (spoken & written)
• Additional other foreign language
• PC literature (Word, Excel, Access, e-mail, ERP-systems, …)
• Good Communicator
• Teamwork as a challenge
• Well organised, Accurate
• Flexible in adjusting to organisational needs
• Takes initiative
