Logistics assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of Transport and transfer the Goods across the border of the special economic zone Lipetsk.
Responsibilities
Coordination of movement of Transport and transfer the Goods across the border of the special economic zone Lipetsk;
Declaring the customs status of the Goods to customs authorities;
Preparation of the shipping documents for getting exit and entry permits of Goods and transport;
Customs identification for customs purposes;
Interaction with contractors regard their entry and exit to/from territory of special economic zone;
Notification of customs by using specialized software (Alta-Soft/ Nova/ Fill-Bill);
Fulfillments of tasks set by manager in accordance with the requirements of the Russian legislation and Kemin.
Qualifications
Experience working with customs authorities, work in the SEZ is an advantage;
More than 2 years of experience in logistics environment;
Good knowledge of the logistics process, Russian logistics legislation, Incoterms;
Power knowledge of MS-Office and specialized customs software (Nova / Fill-Bill / Alta);
Able to work in the team and in the stand-alone mode;
Stress resistance, ability to multitask, self-organized;
Accurate, quick and easy to learn;
Able to plan activities, to anticipate and to take initiatives;
