Overview

Kemin Animal Nutrition and Health EMENA is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As Talent Acquisition specialist you will join a team of experienced HR colleagues. In this role the Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible to find and hire the best talent within our organization.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide, support and will take the lead in  some HR topics ( Talent Acqusition, Employer Branding, Campus Recruitment,  Onboarding , traineeships ...)  

You will have have a variety of repsonsibilities such as: 

  

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer and negotiation. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance through the hiring process.
  • Source, screen and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Use of various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience. 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Talent Acquistion. 
  • Support and act as a Back-up with the onboarding of new Employees. 
  • Partner with Universities and local schools to increase the visibility of Kemin as potential Employer of choice.
  • Participate on 2-3 Career fairs a year based on the need of the organization.
  • Create the Employer branding campaign and materials for the region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master’s in human resources related field 
  • Proven experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist inhouse or in an Recruitment agency
  • Passion for finding and hiring the best talent
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Hands-on and good organizational skills 
  • Result oriented
  • Discrete, loyal and integrity are key Values 
  • Driven by people
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Possible to communicate on different layers in the organization 
  • Hands-on mentality, good organizational skills.
  • Independent worker and co – worker
  • Profound knowledge of English is required since this is our working language
